These terms govern use of the Skaneateles Landing website, operated by Skaneateles LLC. They do not replace the rental agreement, payment terms, cancellation policy, house rules, or other terms supplied for an approved stay.

By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and understand that its planning tools and destination information do not create a reservation.

When Request to Book becomes available, sending a request will ask us to review a home, dates, and guest count. It will not hold dates, confirm a reservation, or authorize a charge. Until then, the website does not accept booking requests or display live availability.

Any eventual reservation requires separate owner approval and the agreement and payment steps supplied at that time. Applicable rates, fees, taxes, deposit terms, cancellation terms, and house rules will be presented before a guest is asked to accept or pay.

We aim to keep descriptions, photographs, dates, and practical information useful and current. Future plans, including Lakefront Cottage, may change before they are ready for guests.

Hours, events, weather, lake conditions, and third-party services can change. Check official sources before relying on destination information or making plans.

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, or misuse another person's information.

Website text, brand materials, original photographs, and design remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. A website visit does not grant permission to reuse them.

The website links to maps, venues, and other independent services for convenience. Skaneateles Landing does not control those services or their terms.
