Best for

Family branches and several households who want shared days and private space

What makes a family reunion stay work in Skaneateles?

A family reunion works better when the group can gather without living on top of one another. At Skaneateles Landing, several households share one 2.4-acre waterfront property, then return to independent homes when they want a quieter moment or a different pace.

Breakfast together. Bedrooms apart.

More time together, with room to breathe.

Start the morning together. Spend the day on the lake. Gather for dinner, walk into the Village, or let the evening settle beside the water.

When the day winds down, separate living spaces and front doors still give every household a place of its own.
