Our approach
We want guests to be able to explore the homes, use the Guidebook, plan a future stay, and contact us with as few barriers as possible.
We continue to review keyboard access, screen sizes, motion, forms, and assistive technology, and fix barriers we find.
What the website supports
The current design includes the following accessibility measures. This list describes implemented features, not a certification that every page or third-party service is barrier-free.
- Keyboard access and visible focus for primary navigation and controls.
- Headings, form labels, status messages, and descriptive image text.
- Responsive layouts for desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
- Reduced-motion behavior for supported animation.
- Text and card access to Guidebook information that does not require using the map.
Third-party content
Maps, videos, venue websites, social platforms, and other linked services have their own accessibility features and limitations. Guidebook places are also available as text and cards, and planning information does not depend on the property atlas alone.
Feedback and assistance
If part of the website is difficult to use, email hello@skaneateleslanding.com. Include the page, the barrier you encountered, and the alternative information or help you need; you do not need to disclose a diagnosis or other medical information.
We review accessibility feedback as part of ongoing site maintenance. Response timing and the form of a requested accommodation depend on the specific issue and available alternatives.
