Can I rent just one home?+
Yes. Main House, The Cabin, and The Lake House can each be requested separately. Rent the Landing includes all three.
What does Rent the Landing include?+
Rent the Landing includes Main House, The Cabin, and The Lake House: nine bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across three separate homes on one lakefront property.
Is Lakefront Cottage included in Rent the Landing?+
No. Lakefront Cottage is the fourth home at the property and will remain a separate stay. It is anticipated for Spring 2027 and is not yet available overnight.
When are stays planned to begin?+
Main House, The Cabin, and The Lake House are planned for stays beginning September 16, 2026, either separately or together as Rent the Landing. Reservations are not open yet.
When will reservations open?+
Reservations are opening soon. We will accept dates only after real availability, rates, and the request-delivery process are ready. Until then, the website will not show placeholder calendars or accept guest details.
How does lake access work?+
The Landing has 103 feet of direct Skaneateles Lake frontage and two docks. Before check-in, guests receive the waterfront information they need for their stay.
Will I receive arrival details?+
Yes. Before check-in, we send directions, parking information, home access, and the details you need for your stay.
Where is the property?+
The Landing is at 3435 East Lake Road in Skaneateles, about one mile from the Village and directly on Skaneateles Lake.
